Hosted by Merv Griffin; guest interviews with Teresa are included. On the 1st appearance in Mar 1974, a recording of Darktown Strutters Ball, performed by Teresa at age 7 on the Major Bowes radio show, is played while images of Teresa singing and dancing as a child are shown onscreen. When the recording ends, Teresa takes the stage and does a contemporary "rock/funk" version of the song. Later on the show, at Merv's urging, Teresa and Glen Campbell perform an impromptu version of Music Music Music.
